General:

1. Pls transfer payment into our POSB Savings Acc within 3 days.

2. Accepted payment by iBanking & ATM transfer.

3. Interbank transfer (UOB only) is also allowed.

4. Verification of payment can only be done after 3 work days for Interbank transfer.

5. After verification of payment, we will send a confirmation email.

6. Upon verification, we will mail out your items within the week
-IF there are in-stocks for the items you ordered.
-For sprees/pre-orders, we will mail out items once received.

7. For registered mail, you will receive your tracking number once we have mail out the items.

8. Meet up Venues(MRT): Jurong East/Boon Lay, Yishun/Woodlands, City Hall

Calculation of spree items:
Total payable price = (Total Item price in NTD x exchange rate) + (no of items x handling charge)

Exchange rate: NTWD1= SGD0.05

Accessories/ Belts => $2.00
Apparels (Tops/ Shorts) => $3.00
Apparels (Cardigan/ Dress) => $4.00
Jeans/ Pants => $5.00
Pouch => $3.00
Bags => $5.00

We will advice local postage payment after items arrived. Postage will be based on weight. For registered mail, SGD$2.50 is added on top of Normal Postage.

1. Total payable price (Normal mail) = Total Item price + local postage + handling charge

2. Total payable price (Registered mail) = Total Item price + local postage + handling charge +$2.50

3. Total payable price (Meet up) = Total Item price

08 to 13 masks - SGD$1.50
14 to 27 masks - SGD$2.55
28 to 50 masks - SGD$3.35

51 masks and above – Meet up OR 2 packages
