General:

Pls transfer payment into our POSB Savings Acc within 3 days.

Accepted payment by iBanking & ATM transfer.

Interbank transfer is also allowed. (Other bank accounts other than POSB/DBS).

Verification of payment can only be done after 3 work days for Interbank transfer .

After verification of payment, we will send a confirmation email.

Upon verification, we will mail out your items within the week IF there are in-stocks for the items you ordered. For sprees/pre-orders, we will mail out items once received.

For registered mail, you will receive your tracking number once we have mail out the items.

Total payable price (normal mail) = Total Item price + local postage + handling charge
Total payable price (registered mail) = Total Item price + local postage + handling charge +$2.24
Total payable price (meetup) = Total Item price

Postage cost:
2 My Scheming Eye Masks will be counted as 1 mask.
Our Normal postage charges are as follows:
01 to 07 masks - SGD$1.00
08 to 13 masks - SGD$1.50
14 to 27 masks - SGD$2.55
28 to 50 masks - SGD$3.35
Registered mail - SGD$2.24 (Pls add this amt on top of Normal Postage)

There will be a handling charge of $0.30 to reimburse us for the envelopes, sticky tapes, bubble wraps, brown papers.

Sprees:

Calculation of spree items:
Total payable price = (Total Item price in NTWD x exchange rate) +
(no of items x handling charge)

Exchange rate: NTWD1= SGD0.05

Handling charges:
Accessories / Belts => $2.00
Apparels(tops), shorts, berm. => $3.00
Apparels(long tops) => $4.00
Dress/Jeans => $5.00
Pouch => $3.00
Bags => $5.00
